Wally Lamb is a nationally honored teacher, critically acclaimed writer and bestselling author. He is best known for his novels SHE'S COME UNDONE (Pocket Books 1992) and I KNOW THIS MUCH IS TRUE (Regan Books 1998), and for his groundbreaking writing workshops with women prisoners at York Correctional Institution in Niantic, CT. He has edited two collections of essays by the women of York: COULDN'T KEEP IT TO MYSELF (Harper Collins 2004) and the forthcoming I'LL FLY AWAY.
